Adoption Story: Chanel & Smudge

We are always happy to highlight sweet adoption stories.  

 Chanel (the adorable, 11-year-old white dog) had an adoption appointment this past week. Her adopter drove over an hour and a half to bring this more than deserving girl home! When Chanel's adopter arrived, she was early to her adoption appointment and noticed some of our pups splashing in their pools in the yard. 

She went to take a look and spotted...Smudge! Smudge is a senior poodle who came to us without any teeth. However, this did not hinder him from "smiling" back up at Chanel's adopter through the fence. We like to think Smudge really piled on the charm at this point.  

 After meeting Chanel and getting her switched out into her new adorable outfit, her adopter asked us to tell her more about the little senior poodle she saw out in the yard. We brought him in to meet Chanel and her adopter. 

 "I'll take him!" She exclaimed and the rest is history.  

 Congratulations to Smudge and Chanel on finding their forever home...together.
